Daisy

The camera has arrived!!!!! I will be practicing ladies, so bare with my novice skills....Here's Daisy...She is a one person cat and the rest of the world can disappear as far as she's concerned!...Notice the messy left eye...I cleaned her up for the photo-ha!....Purrrrfect match for Scotty-no?!....She's had a drippy eye since she was a kitten....It doesn't hurt her so it's no big deal....More pics to come!

  1. she is a perfect match for Scotty Love...and I love the pink and white color scheme...really love the contrast with the dark paint...I know I'm supposed to be looking at your beautiful one-person cat (I'm guessing she's watching the catnip channel)....but I just love the little cupboards and white accessories (candles/pitcher) and the silver mirror....YOU ROCK!

  2. Thanks!!!....I mix the new stuff w/old pieces I've refinished and somehow it gels I guess...In person, it's a brick color...I love my little nest...It's going to be VERY strange the day that Steve and I shack up b/c I am the alpa cat in decorating the abode....I'm going to have to meld our "stuff" together-ain't gonna be easy. ha!

  3. Daisy has such a TUDE...I love her expression...like did you ASK to take my picture, you mere little human? Oh...great oxymoron...DOMESTIC CAT! After all your HEISSOWONDERFULANDIJUSTLOVEHIMSOMUCH talk, I assumed you were already cohabitating.....I guess it might be a little difficult with the child...er, tween?

  4. I'm glad you picked that up!...AAAllllll attitude...Steve an I live about 45 min. away from one another....Kyle's world is his way-his ex lives ten minutes away in the next town, so we've taken our time joining the domiciles-ha!...We do spend ALOT of time together though, so I'm happy!.... That, coupled with the fact that his 44 year old socialist sister just moved back in w/him last month...We are still trying to figure that one one....I love her, but she has no intention of ever working a traditional job in this lifetime...You can't survive otherwise, if you ask me....She is in a relationship w/a dude in Mississippi...Maybe a dowry of a few hundred bucks and a goat might push the process along-ha!...Love ya, A.

  5. Haha, love you A! Who would pass up a goat? Love your decorating style as well! I am just beginning to come into my own in decorating and love the colors i picked so far...I'm definitely a color girl...harvest moon orange and fernwood green in the livingroom/ hallway and Tahitian red and cashmere brown in the kitchen! Daisy's rude really does shine through... I actually felt like I personally offended her by viewing the pic!!

  7. Bubba from Mississippi comes running in to the 7/11 store. He told the clerk,
    "Your truck just got stole!"
The clerk said, "What did he look like?"
Bubba said, "IDK, but...I got the license plate number!!!"
